[includes the Date Functions Class]
DateTime suite (47 unit VCL + classes)
The DateTime suite supports Delphi 1 - 5.
- incorporates and vastly extends on it's replacement items (Calendar Edit/Entry, DateEdit, Calculator, 3D Calendar (with Date Class). Fully object-orientated, DB and non-DB units and full year 2000 support (with definable two digit cutoff date). We wanted to make a "be all and end all" for Date and Time editing (fully Y2000 compliant, static calendar, popup Calendar (with powerful date aware segmented input or FreeForm input (eg. "next week", “in two days time“)) and use Delphi's object orientation to build them from a library of fully independently re-useable visual controls functions and classes that we could use in any of our apps. This includes our Date Functions Class with over 170 date "maths" functions). The best date/time set around?... download it and you decide. The Baselevel units are fully functional in standalone apps and free (check out the demo exe). Component property editors - for perhaps the Suite's most powerful component - the AdrockDateTimeEdit and AdrockCalendarSettingsComponent. Double click or RMB the component on your form to visually set properties. The demo zip files to the right contain 32bit exe's only - you can run 'em for instant perusal. These are compiled from the apps in the SAMPLES directory in the appropriate downloadable component zip archives. They should compile in all versions of Delphi (1 - 4). The Suite includes: 3D static calendar, popup calendar, popup calculator, Date Functions Class and the extensive reusable VCL (Baselevel).
Date Functions Class (view the functions list here)
(Note that the Date Functions Class is included with the DateTime Suite).
The TAdrockDates class contains around 170 date functions providing all the date and time "arithmetics" that you'll ever need. Maths on years, quarters, months, weeks, days etc (including boundary maths) and leap year handling. Business and holiday date functions. Full Help file of all Procedures and Functions. The demo's definitely worth looking at too - good source code examples.
The DemoDate.zip file contains the executable demo program for immediate perusal.
